By doing this QBCC promotes confidence in the building and construction industry. Led by the commissioner and governed by a board, the QBCC consists of a skilled and expert team that works hard to meet the needs to industry participants and the community.
The Challenge
QBCC had multiple reports located in different environments, and they needed to consolidate their complex data into one efficient report. QBCC wanted to spot trends and issues, plan for the future and make better data driven decisions.
The Solution
Optimised, Automated, End to End Reporting Solution
A Power BI Solution incorporating DAX studio and Tabular Editor provided the infrastructure for the HR reports. Agile Analytics was able to deliver detailed analytics of absenteeism, termination, and leave with Row level security.
The Outcome
Having access to accurate and timely data, and strategic insights, QBCC has been able to centralise standardise and automate a range of data sources to help reduce reporting efforts. The quarterly and monthly reports have been essential in understanding the deep shifts in employee data and activity during COVID.
