NSW Public Works needed an end to end data capture, workflow, data storage and reporting solution which would remove multiple legacy systems/files, processes and templates replacing everything with a single, streamlined and automated solution

Improving efficiency with Power BI
Agile Analytics delivered a bespoke solution which covered data capture on open projects, spend, risks along with a host of other information utilising Power Apps. Additionally, a workflow was created for assurance purposes using Power Automate. The information was stored in the cloud on SharePoint and reporting was created and consumed via Power BI

NSW Public Works Advisory now has an end to end solution which has reduced friction, increased visibility and reduced risk of projects and saved countless hours managing the previous manual process
