Thank you for your support in 2023

As the end of the year approaches, I wanted to reach out to you to not only wish you a happy festive season but also to thank you for your ongoing support of Agile Analytics in 2023. This time of year is an opportunity to take time to pause, reflect and think the year that was, I’m delighted to say I am extremely proud of everything that Agile has achieved this year.

2023 saw us complete over 80 customer engagements and projects all of which we are immensely grateful for your trust and partnership. We have expanded our offerings to ensure we are constantly evolving and keeping up with new capabilities and technologies particularly in Open AI and Microsoft Fabric to be the partner of choice and launched our new Managed services offering which you can read about here.

Another notable achievement was the acquisition of Excelerator BI to broaden our Training capabilities and offering. I am excited to announce that we will continue to make investments into training for customers and will be launching courses around Fabric in early 2023 as well as offering broader training programs in Azure, and Azure Open AI.
As with any service delivery business, our power is in our people, and 2023 saw us make some significant investments and additions into our team:

  • We welcomed our COO, Gethryn Ghavalas as well as implemented a number of practice leads into our business. The addition of Geth has improved the overall project delivery capability which ensures a seamless customer experience.
  • In 2023 we also opened up the role of Chief Customer Officer which I’m pleased to say was filled by Blake Lawrence and in this time he has been able to build an exceptional sales team.
  • Reinforced and strengthened our Finance, People, Risk, IT, internal reporting, and project delivery capabilities with Amrit Kaur moving into her new role of Chief of Finance & Business Services.
  • We welcomed Shri Chakraborty from Microsoft to the role of Sales Director in October with the goal to further strengthen our relationships with Microsoft.

I am delighted to also announce that Andrew Cobb, previous Azure CTO of Microsoft Australia will be joining the Agile Analytics team in early 2024 in the role of Customer CTO. This will see us further enhance our Azure, Open AI and Fabric capability.

Finally, we are proud to have recently become Microsoft ECIF enabled partner which will enable more Microsoft led engagements alongside them.

Paired with the addition of Andrew and Shri into our team we continue to strengthen our position as the #1 Microsoft partner of choice.

It’s definitely been a busy year for our business and our team. I am proud to have led Agile Analytics this year, our culture and energy have set us up for a remarkable 2024.

The start of 2024 is set to be an exciting time for us as we have recently secured sponsorship of the Microsoft AI Tour in Sydney and will be one of the 6 partners of choice presenting on stage. We would love to see you there, so if you would like to find out more about the event then feel free to click here.

I would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a safe and happy New Year. If you are taking time off then enjoy the rest, relaxation and time with family and again, thank you for your support in 2023 and I look forward to connecting with each and every one of you in 2024.

All the best
